After about one year in business, Legends Realty Group has surprised everyone with its incredible success. We should have known that with the best agents under one roof, there couldn't have been any other outcome. That, coupled with the fact that those agents are also the owners, proves also that having a greater stake in the business breeds more success. The market here in Westchester is nothing to complain about and it certainly does not reflect what the media is saying. Sellers must be realistic about their list price and listen to their agent and buyers must not go into the market place thinking that they can low ball and have a sale. As a matter of fact, this is a more balanced market for all parties.

As far as the industry goes, I think that realtors are going to continue to look for alternative business models in 2008 to match all the changes that have occurred in the industry.
